Policies

REFUNDS

  • No refunds on shipping or handling charges.
  • Damage claims are only eligible for replacements; refunds are not available.
  • For lost shipments, refunds are not an option unless the carrier approves a claim and reimburses the full invoice amount (process may take 30-90 days; we do not guarantee approval).
  • Refusal to provide requested buyer photos of vehicle or wheels voids any refunds.
  • Refusal to provide information necessary to resolve fitment issues is treated as the customer changing their mind, subject to all applicable fees and charges.
  • Cancellations are only accepted via email to support; leaving a message on an answering machine does not cancel an order.
  • There is a 20% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds due to pricing errors.
  • No warranties unless otherwise stated; this may include small repairs such as light paint touch-up or retention repair on used items.
  • Pricing is in US dollars; we will not match or adjust any pricing after order placement—the price agreed upon at checkout is final.
  • We are not responsible for third-party shipping expenses (surcharges, duties, taxes, customs fees, etc.).
  • For non-US orders (including Canada, AK, HI, PR), additional fees apply (minimum $20); do not place online orders—cancelled non-US orders are still subject to the 20% cancellation fee.

RETURNS

  • No returns on installed parts, mounted or balanced wheels, center caps (new or used), discontinued products, bolt-on or screw-on hubcaps/wheel covers, or any new merchandise that has been installed or used.
  • No returns beyond 30 days from purchase date.
  • All shortages, defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered.
  • No returns accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#); packages sent without buyer name/address and RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Packages that sound broken or in pieces will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Make sure to insure return packages; we will not accept damaged merchandise.
  • There are no returns on any merchandise that is not listed or displayed on our websites.
  • Any product claimed to be defective must be returned in its entirety (quantity as ordered); missing items after installation do not constitute a defective item.
  • It is suggested that all items are installed by a professional; responsibility lies with the installer.
  • We reserve the right to request buyer photos of vehicle or wheels to process returns; refusal voids the return.
  • No exceptions to restocking fees:
    • 25% restocking fee on all qualified returned merchandise received within 30 days.
    • 50% restocking fee on any merchandise accepted after 30 days.
    • 50% restocking fee on all merchandise that is refused or undeliverable.
    • 50% restocking fee on any opened merchandise that is brand new and factory sealed.
    • 35% restocking fee on refused or undeliverable merchandise (or all shipping charges to reship).
  • Exchanges are only accepted toward same-price or higher purchases; no adjustments for lower-priced items.
  • Exchanges are subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.
  • For aftermarket items, defects or fitment issues must be resolved directly with the manufacturer (we can assist); if returned without attempting resolution, a 25% restocking fee plus minimum $15 will be deducted—any damage voids return value.
  • All original equipment wheel covers are used unless otherwise noted and may have light scratches or dings, which is considered normal.

SHIPPING

  • Absolutely no pickup options; all packages are shipped only from wheelcovers.com.
  • Brand new products generally ship within 24 hours on business days; used products generally ship within 72 hours (pulled and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only during office hours).
  • Do not ship to an address where you will not be available to receive the package.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates unless using express/air shipping options.
  • Once handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays; tracking information will be provided, and delivery depends on the carrier's ability.
  • Any shipping-related claims must be reported directly to the package handler (UPS: 1-800-PICK-UPS; USPS: 1-800-ASK-USPS).
  • If your address is not recognized by USPS or UPS, please mention it; undeliverable packages incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Please double-check part numbers and prices before ordering; no adjustments after payment.
  • Due to inventory changes, prices may vary, but the shopping cart price is always up-to-date and final.
