Shipping warehouse continues to ship throughout the week.
We understand people get frustrated we do not have any more phone lines being answered. What we have accomplished is the fact that orders no longer take 3-4 days before shipping because most of our days were being spent talking about products, taking orders over the phone, not to mention many hours a day of looking up tracking numbers and having to repeat them 2 or 3 times before the customer writes them down correctly, and finally whatever time was left in the day actually spent filling orders forever allowing us to fall behind the shipping queue. Switching over to email has allowed us to nearly ship out every order within 24 hours of placing it and also allows us to actually see things such as customers sending us a pic of their wheel cover or their wheel so we can verify a part rather than guessing it will fit. It also allows us to use a new system that gives customers their tracking numbers etc without the need to call in and wait.
